How does the subscription work?
Simply select your coffee type and delivery frequency. We offer biweekly, and monthly plans with a 3-month commitment. Once subscribed, you'll receive freshly roasted coffee straight to your door on your chosen schedule.Can I pause, change, or cancel my subscription?
Yes, absolutely. If you wish to pause or make changes to your subscription, or would like to let us know your preferences please reach out to us at info@milanocoffee.ca and we’re happy to help. You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current 3-month period.Can I mix coffees from different subscriptions?
Unfortunately not. However, you’re welcome to sign up for more than one subscription at a time. If you'd like to occasionally add a specific blend from another subscription to your current one, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange this for you.How often will I be charged?
You’ll be charged when you first place your order, and then automatically every 3 months on your subscription renewal date. If you cancel your subscription prior to your renewal date, you won’t be automatically charged.What’s included in each shipment, and how often will I receive it?
You will receive three 340g bags of freshly roasted coffee per shipment, delivered either biweekly (6 shipments total) or monthly (3 shipments) over the 3-month subscription period.How fresh is the coffee I receive?
We roast daily in our Vancouver roastery. The coffee is shipped soon after roasting to ensure maximum freshness and flavour.Can I exchange my coffee?
We don’t offer exchanges. However, if you fall in love with a particular blend, let us know and we’ll include it in your next shipment if it’s available. Simply email us at info@milanocoffee.ca.
