Yes, absolutely. If you wish to pause or make changes to your subscription, please reach out to us at info@milanocoffee.ca and we’re happy to help. You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current 3-month period.

Unfortunately not. However, you’re welcome to sign up for more than one subscription at a time.

You’ll receive either 3 or 4 x 340g bags of freshly roasted coffee per shipment, depending on your selection. Choose biweekly (6 shipments total) or monthly (3 shipments) over the 3-month subscription period. Our Master’s Subscription includes 3 curated blends per shipment.

You’ll be charged when you first place your order, and then automatically every 3 months when your subscription renews.

We roast daily in our Vancouver roastery to ensure maximum freshness and flavour.

We don’t offer exchanges. However, if you fall in love with a particular blend, let us know and we’ll do our best to include it in your next shipment if it’s available.
